Hoje estivemos em Paranapiacaba, cidade distrito da Prefeitura de Santo André. Contamos pela primeira vez com um novo colaborador do projeto itinerário:Rafael Sekuela, grafiteiro de São Paulo.O grupo ficou encantado com a cidade, suas casas, seus trens antigos, as ruínas, o Museu, a natureza e até mesmo a neblina e a chuva, típica de regiões de Serra e que nos impedia momentaneamente de desenhar. Cíntia Nagatomo fez o registro fotográfico e junto com os demais, registramos muito material em desenho para o livro de artista.PARANAPIACABA servia no início do século como residência para os funcionários da companhia inglesa de trens São Paulo Railway - estrada de ferro que transportava cargas e pessoas do interior de São Paulo para o porto de Santos.A palavra "Paranapiacaba" significa "de onde se avista o mar", em tupi-guarani.Deixaremos em breve a disposição alguns desenhos de cada um dos participantes deste itinerário.

P.S. Os selos que aparecem colados nos locais, foram arrancados logo após a fotografia ser feita, por entendermos que toda a cidade é protegida como um patrimônio histórico e como tal deve ser preservado.
Yesterday let us stow in Paranapiacaba, city district of the City hall of Santo Andre. We count for the first time on a new collaborator of the project itinerário:Rafael Sekuela, artist of São Paulo.The group was magic with the old city, its houses, its trains, the ruins, the Museum, the nature and even though the fog and rain, typical of regions of Mountain range and that in it momentarily hindered them to draw. Cíntia Nagatomo made the photographic and together register with excessively, we register very material in drawing for the artist's book.PARANAPIACABA served in the beginning of the century as residence for the employees of the English company of trains São Paulo Railway - railroad that carried loads and people from the interior of São Paulo to the port of Santos.A word "Paranapiacaba" means "of where if it sights the sea", in tupi-guarani.We will leave in briefing the disposal some drawings of each one of the participants of this itinerary.

P.S. The stamps that appear glue in the places, had been pulled out after the photograph soon to be made, for understanding that all the city is protected as a historic site and as such it must be preserved.
